Rachel is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), has a Master’s Degree from Stetson University, years of experience in the field, and a love of writing. While not currently working with clients directly, she draws from her first hand experience of knowing what it means to be in the therapeutic space with someone, navigating with them through the challenges they face. Her experience includes balancing a full caseload of adolescent and adult clients, working within the child welfare system, as well as in various settings such as substance abuse outpatient services, private practice and in-home. She's developed a passion for working with companies to provide informed, relevant content for websites, blogs, e-books and more.
